My 2025 QuickBooks Online file for a portfolio of residential rentals needs a full once-over so it is 100 % tax-ready. I want a QuickBooks Online–certified bookkeeper who already understands the rhythm of rental income, operating expenses, and depreciation schedules.

• All activity for 2025 is connected in quickbooks but many transactions sit uncategorized or mis-classified.
• Bank and credit-card feeds are connected, yet none of the accounts have been reconciled.
