QuickBooks Online Reconciliation 2019-2025
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need every month in my QuickBooks Online file—from January 2019 through December 2025—fully reconciled. Nothing has been matched yet, so each bank, credit-card, and other linked account starts with unreconciled opening balances. I will grant you full access to the ledger plus all corresponding PDF/CSV statements. The sole aim is rock-solid numbers for tax preparation, so every figure must trace back to a bank statement without journal-entry shortcuts.
Deliverables
• Monthly reconciliation for each account, 2019-2025, showing $0.00 discrepancies
• Year-end reconciliation reports, Balance Sheet, and P&L for each calendar year
• Summary of any missing documents or unexplained variances
Acceptance criteria: All statements tie out to QuickBooks ending balances, every month is marked “Reconciled,” and the year-end reports are ready to hand straight to my tax preparer.
