Sole proprietorship consulting services company, in business for 3 yrs, with no inventory and no payroll looking for a reliable QuickBooks Online specialist to keep my simple books current and accurate. The core of the work is day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting, posting and tracking all invoices and customer payments (about 5-10 per month), and making sure every bank and credit-card account is fully reconciled on a regular schedule.

Here’s what I need handled continuously:
• Income & expense entry with correct categorisation
• Customer invoicing and billing, including payment matching
• Monthly bank and card reconciliations so statements always agree with QuickBooks
