QuickBooks IIF Format Validation

I have a single QuickBooks IIF file that holds a sales transaction, and I need to be 100 % sure the file follows Intuit’s required structure before I import it. I have tried to import it, and QuickBooks states that it is out of balance and won't import. The job is straightforward:
• Review the IIF and confirm every header, column, and value matches the official QuickBooks specification for sales-related data.
• Flag any formatting, delimiter, or field-length problems in a clear checklist.
