QuickBooks Expense Allocation Support
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My QuickBooks Online file for a manufacturing business needs immediate clean-up and ongoing weekly maintenance. The focus is on properly allocating inventory costs and operational expenses so that COGS and overhead reports are accurate.
Here is how the engagement will run:
• You will log in with limited access to my QBO company.
• Each week (about 4–5 hours total) you’ll review the uploaded bills, receipts, and bank feeds, reclassify any mis-coded inventory purchases or overhead items, and post the correct journal entries if required.
• By Friday, send a brief summary showing the allocations completed and any issues that need my sign-off.
Solid accounting experience in manufacturing is essential; you should already understand the flow of raw material, WIP, and finished-goods accounts and be comfortable navigating the QBO interface.
Tools in use: QuickBooks Online (current cloud version) plus Google Sheets for shared notes.
