I need a QuickBooks-savvy professional to comb through my company file and remove every duplicate payment that has crept in. At the moment only the Payments section of my Transactions is affected—other areas like expenses or reconciliations are fine—so the task is focused and straightforward.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Identify all duplicate payment entries in the Transactions register
• Eliminate or merge them correctly so each customer payment appears once and is linked to the right invoice
• Provide a short summary report outlining what was removed or adjusted, along with any recommendations to prevent this happening again
