QuickBooks Data Entry & Reconciliation
Budget: $4 – $6 USD
I will forward weekly bank statements along with access to scanned sales receipts. Your task is to enter every sales receipt, expense report and bank-transfer transaction into both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, making sure each line is mapped to the correct account in our existing chart of accounts.
For the expense reports I expect detailed itemization with a receipt image attached to every line. Accuracy is critical: all entries must be coded properly and the bank accounts should arrive in a pre-reconciled state so that my internal team can complete month-end close without rework.
Typical flow
• Receive PDF or Excel bank statement + receipt scans.
• Post transactions in both QB platforms the same week.
• Attach supporting documents, tag classes where applicable, and mark as cleared for reconciliation.
• Return updated company file (Desktop) and confirm balances match Online.
Deliverables will be accepted when the ending bank balance ties to the statement, all receipts are linked, and no transactions sit in “uncategorized”. If this sounds routine for your firm and you can keep everything confidential and on schedule, let’s talk.
