QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed – One-Time Cleanup Project (~5 Hours)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to assist with a small, one-time bookkeeping project. This is a short-term assignment estimated at approximately 5 hours.

Scope of Work:

Review and organize existing QuickBooks Online records

Categorize transactions accurately

Identify and correct basic bookkeeping errors (if any)

Ensure books are clean and ready for reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience with QuickBooks Online

Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting standards

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to complete work independently and communicate clearly

QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus (not required)
