QuickBooks Cleanup & FreeAgent Transition

I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help me clean up my existing QuickBooks account and then transition everything over to FreeAgent. This will be an ongoing monthly role — ideally someone I can work with long-term.
Here’s what I need help with:
Cleaning up and organising my QuickBooks records
Moving everything over to FreeAgent smoothly
Monthly reconciliation
Keeping track of income and expenses
Around 50–200 transactions per month (all from one main bank account)
What I’m after:
Someone who’s experienced in both QuickBooks and FreeAgent
Comfortable managing regular monthly bookkeeping
Very organised and detail-focused
Bonus if you’re proactive and can chase me for receipts/invoices once a week
This is a monthly role, not a one-time cleanup — I want to keep everything neat and stress-free going forward.
