Quarterly Bookkeeping & Financial Reports

I’m looking for a detail-minded bookkeeper to take ownership of my financial reporting. Each quarter I need a complete, GAAP-compliant Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement that I can rely on for management decisions and upcoming tax filings.

You’ll be pulling data from my existing records, reconciling any discrepancies, and delivering polished statements—ready for my accountant—by an agreed-upon date every quarter. I currently track transactions in QuickBooks Online, so proficiency with that platform (or a seamless workflow for exporting/importing if you prefer Xero or Zoho Books) is essential.

Deliverables each quarter:
• Reconciled accounts in QuickBooks Online
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Brief commentary noting any anomalies or trends
