Prepare & File ROC AOC4

I need to get our company’s AOC-4 filed with the Registrar of Companies as the next compliance deadline is approaching. Before we can submit the e-form on the MCA21 portal, several supporting documents still have to be drafted and finalised—most notably the financial statements, notes, and directors’ report. I will provide whatever raw data and ledger extracts you require, but I need professional guidance to shape them into MCA-compliant documents and then populate, validate, and upload the AOC-4 form.

Once the AOC-4 is accepted, I will move straight on to MGT-7 and the updated balance sheet, so a smooth hand-off to those filings is important. If you have solid experience completing ROC filings for Indian private limited companies, especially AOC-4, please outline that experience in your bid. Familiarity with XBRL tagging, Form 23AC/ACA transitions, and the latest MCA utilities will be a plus.
