Peer-Reviewed Contractor Financial Statement

I need a CPA firm that is already enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program to prepare a financial statement review for our Wisconsin-based construction company as part of our Tennessee contractor-licensing application. My current Wisconsin CPA can supply all trial balances, work-in-progress schedules, notes and supporting documents, so you would focus strictly on issuing the peer-review-compliant financial statement.

A background in construction-industry engagements is preferred, though I am open to firms with broader experience that have handled percentage-of-completion accounting or similar contractor disclosures before.

Scope
• Conduct a Review (not an Audit) in accordance with SSARS and AICPA peer-review standards.
• Deliver the signed, peer-review-eligible financial statement—with notes—ready for immediate submission to the Tennessee licensing board.
• Provide a brief cover letter confirming your peer-review enrollment and the level of assurance.
