PDF Data collection

I have a series of PDFs that contain strictly numeric information tied to our financial records. Each file needs to be opened, the numbers identified, and then keyed with 100 % accuracy into the spreadsheet template I will supply. No text or tables—just the figures.

The workflow is straightforward: download the PDFs from the shared folder, copy or manually transcribe the numbers into the matching spreadsheet cells, save, and return the completed sheet. Consistency of formatting (decimal places, currency symbols, negatives in brackets) matters because the file feeds directly into our accounting software.

To be considered, tell me about your experience handling financial data entry or similar projects where precision with numbers was critical. A brief note highlighting the volume you normally process and any tools you rely on (OCR, Excel, Google Sheets, data-validation add-ins, etc.) will help me gauge fit.

Once I confirm your experience, I’ll share a sample PDF and the template so you can complete a quick trial row. If it meets the standard, I’ll release the full batch immediately.
