Owners Corporation Levy Review

I need a CPA/CA to review the accuracy of my owner's corporation levy. This should be a quick task, taking no more than 1-2 hours.

Requirements:
- Review all provided invoices for accuracy
- Ensure all amounts are correct

Description:
Hi, I am looking for a CPA or CA-qualified accountant to complete a simple, once-off review of Owners Corporation (body corporate) levy and charge records.

I already have:
✔ All documents scanned (levy notices, statements, invoices)
✔ A spreadsheet with all figures entered
✔ Highlighted items I need verified

I only need you to:
1. Check whether the levies and charges have been applied correctly
2. Identify any duplicated charges or inconsistencies
3. Confirm that payments have been credited correctly
4. Review insurance and legal charges for reasonableness
5. Provide a short written summary (dot-point format is fine)

This is NOT a tax job, NOT an audit, and NOT a formal expert report.
