Out-licensing RX and OTC assets

My project involves out-licensing both prescription and over-the-counter drugs and to make them available worldwide. I have the rights for these assets already, so all that's left is to begin the process of out-licensing them to the relevant countries. I am looking for an experienced professional to take charge of this task and ensure that it is done in an effective and timely manner. It is important to me that the out-licensing process is handled in a legally compliant way to ensure that the rights to these assets are secure.
