Online Bookkeeping & Accounting

My accounts have outgrown spreadsheets and occasional check-ins. I now need a qualified accountant who can step in, organise the books, and keep everything current so decisions and filings are always based on accurate numbers.

The immediate priorities are bringing the existing records up to date, setting up a streamlined workflow on a cloud system we both agree on (QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks—whichever you are most comfortable configuring from scratch), and then maintaining my ledgers month-to-month. Once the routine is in place, I also want clean financial statements ready for tax time and any ad-hoc reporting that helps me see where the business stands.
