Ongoing Xero Bookkeeping & BAS

I’d like to hand the day-to-day bookkeeping for my Australian business over to an experienced Xero user who can also prepare our Business Activity Statements. All bank feeds are already connected in Xero; what I need is someone to keep everything current, accurate and compliant so I can concentrate on operations rather than the ledger.

Here’s what the engagement will cover:
• Coding and reconciling all transactions in Xero on a rolling basis
• Keeping expense receipts matched to entries (Hubdoc is available if you prefer)
• Generating and reviewing the GST figures, then preparing each BAS in line with ATO requirements
• Supplying a brief snapshot of cash flow and outstanding items before each BAS is finalised

I’ll add you as an advisor in Xero, give you secure access to statements and source documents, and be available for quick clarifications when edge cases pop up. Consistency, clear communication and a solid grasp of Australian GST rules matter more to me than the speed at which you can start, so let me know how you work and how you’d structure the hand-over.
