Ongoing Bookkeeping for Organization
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for a reliable accountant who can take full ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping. Your main mission is to keep our ledgers clean, current, and ready for quick decision-making.
Here’s what I need right now:
• Enter and categorize all income and expense transactions.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, and vendor statements monthly.
• Produce clear monthly management reports and year-end, tax-ready statements.
• Flag any discrepancies promptly and suggest process improvements.
Payroll management may be added later, so the workflow you set up should be flexible enough to accommodate it without major rework.
I’m open to whatever platform you’re most comfortable with—QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or another cloud tool—as long as it stays organized and allows me to access dashboards and reports on demand.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication are non-negotiable. If you can commit to those and deliver consistent, well-documented books, I’d love to hear how you’d approach the role and what information you’d need from me to get started.
