One-Time Bookkeeping Setup (5 Transactions) – Akaunting or Similar Tool

Looking for a bookkeeper or accounting professional to help set up and finalise the accounts for a newly formed Labuan (Malaysia) company.

There are only 5 transactions to handle:
• Google Workspace subscription
• Dynadot domain purchase
• Incorporation cost
• Initial capital injection
• First transfer to company bank account

These have been entered into Akaunting but may not be categorised or structured correctly.

• Review the current Akaunting setup
• Set up or correct:
• Chart of Accounts
• Expense categories
• Personal payments (e.g., marked as “Loan from Shareholder”)
• Ensure the following reports generate correctly:
• Profit and Loss
• Trial Balance
• Balance Sheet
• (Optional) Provide a short Loom or written guide on how to record similar transactions in the future

Known Issue:

I accidentally removed a category or account, and now I can no longer access the Trial Balance in Akaunting (it shows a broken link).
This likely needs to be fixed as part of the job.

• No recurring meetings or weekly check-ins needed
