Need someone to do accounting and book keeping for my LLC company
Budget: $10 – $35 USD
I run a small LLC and need last year’s numbers put in order. All of my 2025 activity lives in bank accounts, PayPal, and my Freelancer work statements, wave tech and other financial platforms. I need someone who can pull everything together, reconcile it, and give me the big overall picture of my company finances.
• A Profit and Loss statement for the full 2025 fiscal year
• A Balance Sheet as of December 31, 2025
• My company debt
* things to write off on taxes
• And other financial reports
Because I do not currently use accounting software, please recommend a sensible platform (QuickBooks, Xero, or even an Excel-based workflow) that will let me track expenses, debt, and overall cash flow going forward. Final files must be easy to import into common bookkeeping tools as well as readable in Excel or PDF.
Preference goes to a certified accountant located in the United States with hands-on experience supporting LLCs. Familiarity with business taxes is a welcome bonus but not strictly required. Accuracy and clarity are far more important to me than bells and whistles; I simply need reliable numbers I can trust for filing and for future planning.
This is a modest, one-off assignment for now, but if you deliver on time and the reports reconcile without issue, I am open to ongoing bookkeeping and accounting work throughout the year. Please outline your approach, estimated turnaround, and any information you will need from me to get started.
