Monthly Zoho Books & GST Accounting

I manage a small portfolio of 1–5 clients on Tally, Zoho Books or other similar software.
What I need each month
• Accurate bookkeeping : import or match bank feeds, code transactions, reconcile statements and close the period without lingering suspense entries.
• Timely GST filing: prepare the returns, review with me for sign-off, then file before the deadline and archive the workings for reference. Gst reconciliation with books on a quarterly basis.
• Clear financial reporting: after month-end, generate and share P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow snapshots, highlighting anything that looks off or needs my attention.
About you
You’ve spent at least two to three years working hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, similar software and GST compliance, so tasks like reconciliation mismatches or GSTR-3B nuances won’t slow you down. Whether you prefer part-time hours spread through the month or a fuller schedule, I’m flexible as long as the agreed milestones are met.
