Monthly Small Business Bookkeeping

I’m looking for a detail-oriented accountant to keep my books accurate and up-to-date each month. The core need is straightforward bookkeeping: posting all transactions, reconciling bank and credit-card accounts, and generating clear monthly financial statements I can rely on for decision-making and tax filing later in the year.

All bank feeds and source documents are already digitised and shared through Dropbox/Google Drive, so you can work remotely without delays. I’m flexible on the accounting platform—QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks all work for me—so feel free to use the system you know best or propose one you think will suit a growing small business.

Deliverables each month:
• Reconciled bank and credit-card accounts
• Updated general ledger with correctly categorised entries
• Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, delivered by the 5th of the following month
