You will take bank and merchant statements, sales reports, and expense receipts that I share digitally, record them in the accounting platform of your choice, and reconcile every line item. I have no fixed preference on software. What matters is accuracy, transparency, and a smooth hand-off of files.
Monthly deliverables
• Fully reconciled accounts inside the chosen software
• Exported Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet in both PDF and Excel formats
• A brief summary highlighting any unusual transactions or issues I should know about
Timelines & communication
I would like the prior month closed within one week of receiving all statements. Clear messages about missing documents or questions during the process are essential so nothing slips through the cracks.
