Monthly Reports & Corporate Tax Bookkeeping

I’m looking for ongoing support to keep my books clean, current, and compliant. Each month I’ll send you bank feeds and source documents; in return I expect a fully reconciled FreeAgent file with clear financial statements I can rely on for decision-making and board updates.

FreeAgent is my platform of choice, so you’ll need solid experience inside that ecosystem—though if you can suggest workflow improvements drawn from QuickBooks or Xero best practices, I’m open to hearing them as long as everything remains synced back into FreeAgent.

Beyond the monthly close, I also need year-end corporate tax returns prepared and filed on time. You should be comfortable turning the numbers you’ve already reconciled into a compliant corporation tax submission, flagging any reliefs or adjustments well in advance of deadlines.

Key deliverables
• Reconcile all transactions and bank feeds in FreeAgent each month
• Provide monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow snapshots by the 10th of the following month
• Maintain audit-ready digital records for easy retrieval
• Prepare and file annual corporate tax return, plus any supporting schedules

Although I have used freeagent for three years, I want to start new in 2026 with me providing beginning balances for Jan 1st and going from there forward.
