Monthly QuickBooks Reconciliation Needed

I need a reliable bookkeeper to jump into my QuickBooks file once a month and reconcile all activity. My volume is light—fewer than 50 transactions every month—so the work focuses on accuracy rather than high-speed data entry.

You’ll receive bank and credit card statements at the beginning of each period. Once reconciliation is complete, I just want the peace of mind that every line matches the source documents and that my ending balances are spot-on.

Deliverables each month
• Reconciled bank and card accounts in QuickBooks
• Brief summary of any discrepancies or outstanding items
• Updated reconciliation report exported to PDF for my records
