Monthly QuickBooks Bookkeeping Support

Each month I need my QuickBooks file kept clean and fully reconciled. The engagement is strictly bookkeeping—no compliance management or tax work—so the focus stays on accurate transaction coding and timely account reconciliation.

My bank and credit-card feeds sync automatically; what I need is someone who will jump in regularly, review the imports, assign the correct categories, attach any receipts I upload, and reconcile every account by the end of the first week of the following month. Once everything ties out, I’d like a brief month-end package (P&L and balance sheet exported to PDF) so I can see how we’re tracking.

Deliverables each cycle:
• All transactions categorized and matched
• Bank and credit-card accounts fully reconciled with statements
• Month-end P&L and balance sheet exported from QuickBooks

You’ll be working directly inside QuickBooks Online, so experience with its reconciliation, rules, and reporting tools is essential. I’ll provide statement PDFs and answer any coding questions promptly; in return, I expect clean books and a clear summary ready every month.
