Monthly QuickBooks Bookkeeping

I’m looking for reliable, month-to-month support keeping my accounts up to date in QuickBooks. Each cycle I will send bank statements, receipts, and any notes by the 5th; I’d like the books closed within the following week.

My needs are straightforward:
• Enter and accurately categorise all monthly transactions
• Reconcile one checking and one credit-card account
• Produce a simple Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the period
• Flag missing documents or unusual entries so nothing slips through the cracks

Everything is currently housed in QuickBooks Online, so solid experience with that platform and a good grasp of basic GAAP principles are important. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication will make this an easy, ongoing collaboration.
