Monthly GST Filing Expert
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I manage GST compliance for Rajalakshmi Traders, an authorised distributor of ITC products, and I need an accountant who can step in each month and handle the entire return cycle with minimal hand-holding. All source data—purchase invoices, sales invoices and credit notes—arrives on time, so the real value I expect from you is accuracy, prompt filing and an eye for reconciliation issues before they become penalties.
What you will deliver every month
• GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B prepared and filed before the statutory deadlines
• 2A / 2B reconciliation with clear notes on ineligible or mismatched ITC
• A concise GST summary report for management review
• Occasional coordination with our external auditor when clarifications arise
You will have OTP-based portal access only during filing; no password sharing is required.
Because the volume is steady, this is a long-term, part-time engagement. An advanced command of GST rules is essential, and your primary working tool should be Excel—though if you prefer Tally or another platform and can still exchange data seamlessly, that is perfectly fine.
When you reply, briefly outline:
• Your hands-on experience with monthly GST returns and ITC reconciliation
• The software stack you rely on (Excel, Tally, etc.)
• Your monthly fee and the best way to reach you
Tamil Nadu professionals are welcome, but location is not a deal-breaker as long as filings stay punctual. I’m ready to start with the upcoming GST cycle.
