Monthly P&L Compilation & Analysis

Each month I’ll pass you raw figures in Excel or Google Sheets and need them turned into a clean, presentation-ready Profit & Loss statement. The report must highlight Sales, Cost of Goods Sold and Operating Profit, then be exported to a polished PDF while leaving me with the fully editable sheet.

Once the numbers balance, scan the results and add a concise set of bullet-point notes calling out any unusual swings or trends you spot. Keep the wording tight and actionable.

I’m looking for:
• A professionally formatted P&L (PDF)
• The matching spreadsheet with clear, auditable formulas
• A brief bullet-point commentary on variances

Confidentiality and accuracy are non-negotiable. I’ll share the source file at month-end and would like the finished package back within 48 hours.
