Monthly Bookkeeping & Reconciliation Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for a detail-oriented accountant who can take full ownership of my monthly books in QuickBooks Online, Accounting CS, and Zoho Accounting. Each month you will:
• Record and categorize all transactions from bank and credit-card feeds
• Reconcile every account to the bank statements and flag discrepancies immediately
• Close the period in each platform, producing an accurate P&L, balance sheet.
• Deliver a concise management report highlighting variances and any red flags
All three systems must agree at month-end, so experience moving comfortably among them is essential. I will supply bank statements, source documents, and prior-period files by the 3rd business day; I’d like completed financials back within seven calendar days.
