Monthly Accounting Person or Firm Needed for Multi‑Location Juice Bars & Eateries

We are seeking an experienced accountant or accounting firm to manage ongoing monthly financial and compliance duties for 2 operating juice bar & eatery locations, with a 3rd opening soon.

This engagement includes all required monthly accounting responsibilities, such as:

Preparation and filing of state sales tax returns

Withholding tax deposits and related compliance reporting

Monthly reconciliations, financial organization, and mandated filings

Oversight of accounting accuracy across all locations

Payroll is not included, as it is fully managed internally within QuickBooks.

Compensation structure:

$1,500 per month for full monthly accounting services - Net $1,000 / mo.

$500 per month returned for final review and supervisory oversight by myself

We are looking for a reliable, detail‑driven professional who understands multi‑unit retail operations and can ensure our financial compliance is consistently accurate and timely. Each location required separate P&L Statements and Balance Sheet per location, each with the same chart of accounts.

If you are a "take charge" person and have the expertise and capacity to support a growing restaurant business, we’d like to speak with you. You can be solo or with an accounting firm.

Responsibilities include: preparing financial P&L statements and Balance Sheet, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly Sales Tax reports and filings per location and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Monthly work to be delivered within 5 days of end of every month.

Filing year end Tax Returns will be billed separately for each location. If you are NOT able to prepare and file annual tax returns, we can have that done locally.

The role requires experience in Quickbooks, Excel and attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
