Mexico-Canada Tax Planning Strategy

Job ID: 39838502

Budget: $25 – $50 CAD

I need clear, actionable guidance on structuring a corporation that will operate between Mexico and Canada. The priority is cross-border tax planning—everything from withholding-tax exposure and permanent-establishment risk to the most efficient profit-repatriation route.

Beyond that core brief, I also want the roadmap to cover two related items:
• how potential acquisitions could be folded into the structure without triggering avoidable tax leakage, and
• whether leveraging property through mortgages (on either side of the border) can safely amplify returns while preserving deductions.

The deliverable I expect is a concise written strategy—preferably a PDF or slide deck—backed by relevant treaty citations, example calculations, and a clear implementation sequence. If you use specific modelling tools (e.g., TaxPrep, CaseWare, Excel), note them so I can replicate the work internally.

Dual Citizen, Canadian, Mexican, posible expansion of project to advise on tax preparation and full deployment advisor.
