Medical Practice Bookkeeping & Analysis
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a small medical practice and need ongoing, end-to-end bookkeeping support. The work includes day-to-day general accounting, monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations, and the timely preparation of full financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow).
Because I also rely on the numbers for operational decisions, each cycle should finish with a concise financial analysis that highlights cash trends, expense variances, and any red flags you spot. No accounting platform is in place yet, so feel free to recommend the most suitable cloud solution—QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or another you prefer—provided it can be accessed securely by a small healthcare team.
Deliverables each month:
• Reconciled books and clean general ledger
• PDF and spreadsheet versions of the three core financial statements
• A brief written analysis (1–2 pages) covering key ratios, notable trends, and actionable insights
Accuracy, clear communication, and the ability to explain results in plain language are essential; medical industry experience is a plus.
