I have a small backlog of bank activity that must be typed directly into QuickBooks. The file is already set up; what is missing are 1–10 monthly statements, each averaging no more than twenty transactions. I will provide PDFs for each statement plus my current chart of accounts and any notes on how specific items should be coded.
Your task is straightforward: enter every transaction exactly as it appears, assign the correct account, add payee details, and include clear memos where information is thin. Once a statement’s transactions are in, confirm the closing balance matches the PDF so I know the figures reconcile.
Deliverables
• Every transaction from all statements accurately entered and categorized in my QuickBooks company file
• Reconciled balances for each completed statement
• A brief summary highlighting any transactions that need my review
Accuracy matters more than speed, but I would like the work finished within a week of kickoff. Access will be granted through QuickBooks’ accountant login. If you have questions while entering, just flag them—clarity up-front saves rework later.
