Latvian Retail Bookkeeping Expert

I run a retail company registered in Latvia and I’m looking for a Latvian-based accountant who can take full charge of our monthly bookkeeping. You’ll receive the raw bank statements, sales reports, and expense documents every month; your job is to record, reconcile, and close the books on a strict monthly cycle so I always have an accurate snapshot of cash flow and inventory costs.

Because I’m not tied to any particular platform, you’re free to recommend the software you’re most comfortable with—QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, or another Latvia-friendly option—as long as it keeps everything compliant with local tax regulations and allows me to pull clear financial reports on demand.

The company is purely retail, so familiarity with point-of-sale integrations, inventory tracking, and Latvian VAT rules will be essential. Once you’ve completed each month, I’ll need the standard management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) and a quick summary highlighting any anomalies or trends you notice.
