Irish Financial Operations Accountant Needed

We are seeking a remote freelance accountant to support the financial operations of a company based in Ireland. Candidates must either reside in Ireland or have proven expertise in Irish accounting standards and familiarity with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) platform.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and preparation of monthly management accounts

Financial reporting and Corporation Tax filings

Statutory filings and CRO submissions

Bank reconciliations and occasional payroll support

Advising on Irish financial regulations and best practices

Requirements
Proven experience with Irish accounting standards and regulations

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely

Availability for regular online check-ins and long-term collaboration

Hands-on experience with the CRO platform

Preferred
Experience working with Irish companies or startups

Professional accounting certifications relevant to Irish taxation or compliance

This is a remote, contract-based role with potential for a long-term working relationship.
