I need a concise, conservatively-styled investor deck that clearly explains how my asset-based lending company operates. The finished package should walk a professional audience through three key sections—our company overview, a data-driven market analysis, and the specific investment opportunities we can offer.
The narrative must remain straightforward and risk-focused, avoiding flashy graphics while still being visually tidy and easy to scan. Please deliver the slides in PowerPoint (with all editable charts and tables) and a print-ready PDF. I will supply raw financials, portfolio statistics, and branding assets as soon as we start; you will organise them into a logical flow, draft clean copy, and lay out graphics that support the story without overselling.

• Consistent conservative design aligned with my colour palette and logo
• All numbers sourced and foot-noted; no unverified claims
• File hand-off in PPTX and PDF, plus any custom graphics in SVG/PNG
If you have experience preparing institutional-grade materials for private credit or specialty finance lenders,
Management team bios and track record — underwriting experience, prior volume, realized performance
• Historical portfolio data — total loans originated, defaults, foreclosures, loss severity, weighted average LTV, average duration
• Current platform scale — AUM, monthly origination volume, pipeline
• Pro forma model — current volume vs projected volume with incremental investor capital
• Clear investor economics — fee structure, servicing splits, net yield to investor
• Capital structure clarity — fractional notes vs pooled vehicle, custody and bankruptcy remoteness
• Legal framework — which counsel represents the platform and whether investors have independent representation
