I am looking for someone who already lives and breathes India’s unlisted equity space and has personally executed buy-side and sell-side trades. Day-to-day, you will help me sell in pre-IPO or other privately traded shares, match them with demand, and close transactions smoothly under current Indian regulations.
Your own network among wealth managers is essential; introductions to family offices, HNIs, UHNIs or even select retail investors will give us added reach. If you can also price, analyse, or place privately issued bonds, that versatility will be a clear plus, though equities remain the core focus.
