High-Volume Hotel Xero Bookkeeping
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
I represent Shri Madhavrai Associates and need a seasoned accountant who can keep one of our hotel clients’ books perfectly up to date in Xero. The property runs a busy operation—expect 500 plus sales, purchase and bank transactions every single day—so speed, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential.
Here’s how the engagement will flow:
• Each business day you will post and classify all transactions in Xero, matching sales to POS batches, supplier invoices to purchase orders and payments, and clearing the bank feed before day-end.
• By the close of every week you will reconcile all control accounts, flag discrepancies and note any missing documentation so we can resolve issues promptly with the hotel team.
• Within five working days of month-end I’ll need a full financial pack from you—P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statement and accompanying schedules—generated directly from Xero.
Payroll is handled in-house, so it is expressly outside this scope.
Clean, well-documented Xero files and reconciliation reports delivered on schedule will be my acceptance criteria. If you thrive on large-volume bookkeeping and know Xero inside out, we can start right away.
