I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who is completely at ease inside FreshBooks. Your core mission is to keep my records accurate, current, and easy to understand so I can focus on running the business rather than chasing numbers.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Record every transaction promptly and categorise it correctly in FreshBooks.
• Reconcile all bank, credit-card, and payment-platform accounts on a regular schedule to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Produce clear financial reports—profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow summaries—at the close of each month so I have full visibility into performance.
I’ll supply bank statements, receipts, and any supporting documents in the format you prefer; you’ll have full access to my FreshBooks account. Consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality are critical. If you’re a FreshBooks pro who can keep my books balanced and deliver reports I can trust, I’d love to work with you.
