Forex & commodities Trading Exit Strategy

I need assistance in developing an exit strategy specifically for Forex and commodities gold and silver trading. My primary objective is to minimize losses while trading. I am considering using stop-loss orders as my preferred method for exiting trades.
Current situation: i have 1.2M $ i placed 50 lot sell order after the last Friday statement to lower the interest in US market the silver price goes up as rocket. To balance my margin I invest 50 lot buy order and that what happened with gold and forex EURUSD, CHFUSD, USDJPY … ets
The free margin is 130,000$ i could not fund my portfolio i need help to check what is my chances.
