I need a finance-systems partner who can move seamlessly from investigation to implementation. The assignment starts with a deep forensic review of our operational accounts—pinpointing any irregularities, compliance gaps, or control weaknesses—then shifts into building a Management Information System that puts Reporting and analysis at the centre. While accurate data collection and processing already exist, they are under-utilised without clear, actionable dashboards.
Once the audit findings and reporting framework are in hand, you’ll draft concise SOPs that capture every critical workflow and control, and guide us through implementing the chosen system so those new procedures live inside the software, not just on paper.
Deliverables will be accepted when:
• A comprehensive forensic audit report (with supporting evidence) is presented and walkthrough conducted.
• Interactive MIS reports and dashboards are live, automatically refreshed, and validated against source data.
• SOP manual is circulated, approved by management, and mapped to system roles.
• Final implementation checklist is signed off and key users confirm they can execute all newly documented processes unaided.
