Financial commercial real estate analyst

I'm in need of a professional financial analyst to use off the shelf software to forecast and evaluate a group of commercial buildings which are currently leased through a period of 10 years.

The variables will include rent, operating expenses, interest and amortization, vacancy factors, etc.

This project consists of 7 properties with an approximately 40 tenants.
