Financial Platform Specification Draft

Job ID: 40211592

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Technical Specifications: Financial RAG & DRM Platform
This document details the technical requirements for the development of an advanced financial data visualization and
analysis platform with DRM protection and AI integration. The goal is to obtain a breakdown of costs and execution times
based on the milestones presented here.
Note: The platform must support a multi-language interface, allowing users to toggle between English and
Spanish for navigation and system menus.

Table of Contents

2. Backend, Infrastructure, and Data Pipeline
3. Security and DRM (Digital Rights Management)

9. Payment Terms
10. Warranty and Post-Implementation Support

1. Frontend Architecture and Interface (SPA)
Development as a Single Page Application (SPA) for fluid navigation. 6-level tree structure (Country > Sector > Company
> Year > Period > File) with lazy loading. Modular layout with integrated PDF viewer and conditional panels for
advertising or AI.

2. Backend, Infrastructure, and Data Pipeline
Stack based on FastAPI/Node.js and vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus). Storage on AWS S3. Native text extraction
system (no OCR) and automated weekly indexing through embedding generation.

3. Security and DRM (Digital Rights Management)
OAuth 2.0 authentication. Content protection through streaming (no direct download), dynamic watermarking (Name/IP),
and blocking of save and print functions.

4. Semantic Engine and AI Integration
Semantic search engine and integration with LLMs for summary generation.

5. Monetization and Ad Management
Role system (Free/Pro) with integrated paywall (Stripe/PayPal) and banner ad management.

6. Development Plan for Quoting (Milestones)
Phase 1: Setup & Data Pipeline.
Phase 2: Frontend & Hierarchical Navigation.
Phase 3: Viewer & DRM.
Phase 4: AI & Monetization.

7. Annex: Classification Logic and Nomenclature
Suggested nomenclature: COUNTRY_SECTOR_COMPANY_YEAR_PERIOD_DOCTYPE.pdf. This structure allows for
auto-sorting in the navigation tree and facilitates tracking for dynamic watermarking.

8. Economic Proposal and Timeline
The provider must break down their economic offer based on the complexity of the defined milestones (Phases 1 to 4).
• Man-Hour Quote: Unit value of the development hour ($USD/Hr) broken down by profiles (Frontend, Backend, AI/RAG
Specialist, and DevOps).
• Effort Estimation: The provider must present a table with the estimated hours for each phase of the described
architecture, including the time dedicated to integrating DRM protection and the 6-level classification logic.
• Total Project Duration: The total execution time in weeks or months must be specified, detailing the estimated delivery
date for each key milestone.

9. Payment Terms
The payment method will be governed by the fulfillment of deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives:
• Initial Advance: A percentage for the start of Phase 1 (Setup & Data Pipeline).
• Payments per Milestone: Partial payments after technical validation and acceptance of each completed phase
(Frontend, DRM, and AI/Monetization).
• Final Acceptance Retention: A final percentage to be released after successful deployment in the production
environment.

10. Warranty and Post-Implementation Support
Given the sensitivity of financial information and the complexity of DRM protection, the following terms are required:
• Startup Period (Stabilization): Minimum 90-day technical warranty after launch, covering the correction of errors (bugs)
or inconsistencies in automated weekly indexing at no additional cost.
• Technical Support: Definition of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifying response times for critical incidents (e.g.,
PDF viewer crash or paywall failures).
• Training and Documentation: Delivery of technical manuals for managing the vector database and maintaining the
nomenclature logic.
