Provide insights into compliance requirements for state and federal funding programs (e.g., LIHTC, HUD).
Help us structure the model to include development costs, funding sources, operational projections, and contingencies.
Offer strategic advice on financial decisions and project feasibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial modeling for affordable housing development.
Strong understanding of affordable housing funding programs, grants, and tax incentives in Florida.
