Key expectations
• Perform a GAAP-compliant audit of the most recent fiscal year.
• Work directly with my zoho Online files, bank feeds and source documents to trace transactions and verify accuracy.
• Deliver a signed audit report, management letter highlighting material findings, and a concise list of improvement recommendations that I can act on immediately.
• Be available to clarify results in a follow-up video call and provide any adjusting journal entries in CSV format.
I keep tidy digital records and will grant secure, read-only access to all ledgers, invoices and bank statements the moment we kick off. No regulatory filing is anticipated; this is strictly an internal review, so the focus is on precision and actionable insight rather than formal compliance deadlines.
