Finance Team Performance Evaluation - (Doha Qatar)

We are currently seeking an experienced independent consultant or freelancer to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of the Finance Department at one of our subsidiary companies.
I need an evaluation of our finance team's performance for one subsidiary as a pilot project. The focus is on operational and performance review, not an audit or financial due diligence.
Key Tasks:
- Assess team structure, roles, process efficiency, and compliance with financial procedures.
- Use a combination of quantitative metrics, KPIs, qualitative observations, and insights.
- Data collection through interviews, surveys, document reviews, and workflow observations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in finance and operational assessments.
- Experience conducting performance evaluations.
- Ability to deliver executive-level reports.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Project can be conducted remotely, with possible site visits if necessary. Expected duration is 10 to 20 working days, starting as soon as possible.
