Executive Assistant & M&A Analyst

Job ID: 39859532

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’d like one highly organised professional to cover two intertwined needs. On the executive side, you’ll keep my calendar, inbox and meeting logistics running smoothly while preparing concise briefs before each call. On the corporate-development side, you’ll dig into potential acquisition or partnership targets, build Excel-based valuation models, and translate findings into clear PowerPoint or Google-Slides summaries I can share with the board.

Typical weekly flow
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange travel if required, and keep action items visible and on schedule.
• Source and maintain a pipeline of target companies; the list must stay current with funding rounds, ownership changes and headline performance metrics.
• Compile market and competitor snapshots, then highlight the most actionable insights in no more than two slides each.
• Develop, update and stress-test integrated three-statement models so we can see earnings dilution/accretion under multiple scenarios.

Acceptance criteria for each deliverable
1. Calendars are fully up to date by 18:00 CET each weekday.
2. Target lists include at least 10 new companies each month, with data sources cited.
3. Financial models reconcile to publicly available or investor-provided numbers and pass basic circularity checks.
4. Board-ready slides have zero spelling errors and follow the existing template I will provide.

Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and data sources such as PitchBook or Crunchbase is essential. Experience preparing CIM reviews, LOIs or due-diligence trackers will speed things up but isn’t mandatory if you learn quickly.

When you reply, a brief note on the most complex model you’ve built and the largest deal you’ve helped assess will help me gauge fit.
