Excel Financial Frequency Analysis

I have a spreadsheet packed with raw financial figures and I need a clear frequency distribution that tells me how often each value (or logical range) occurs. The goal is strictly descriptive—no forecasting, no hypothesis testing—just a clean breakdown of the data so I can spot patterns at a glance.

Please work directly in Excel, using functions such as FREQUENCY, COUNTIFS or PivotTables (whatever you find most efficient). A simple histogram or bar chart that visualises the distribution is also welcome, provided it’s linked to live formulas so it updates if numbers change.

Deliverables
• An .xlsx file containing
 – the original data (untouched)
 – your frequency distribution table with transparent formulas
 – an accompanying chart that auto-updates

I’ll consider the task complete once I can open the workbook, change a few sample values and see the frequencies and chart refresh accurately.
