Excel Financial Forecast Model

I need a clean, dependable Excel model that projects our finances forward. The core task is financial forecasting, pulling together three data streams—sales figures, expense records, and relevant market-trend inputs—and turning them into clear revenue projections, expense projections, and a month-by-month cash-flow view.

You will receive raw CSV exports plus a short brief on our market assumptions; from there I’m expecting a structured workbook with transparent formulas, tidy formatting, and the flexibility to update key drivers quickly. If you prefer Power Query, Power Pivot, or standard Excel functions, that’s fine—just keep the file lightweight and easy for my team to audit.

Deliverables
• One Excel file with separate sheets (raw data, assumptions, calculations, and results).
• Dynamic charts or a simple dashboard summarising revenue, costs, and cash balance.
• Short hand-off note explaining key formulas and where to adjust assumptions.

The model should reconcile accurately and roll forward for at least the next 12 months. Accuracy, clarity, and a quick turnaround matter most; once I see a solid first draft I’ll provide any fine-tuning feedback right away so we can finalise.
